Flower Yoga
My friend Whitney took this amazing picture of some very animated buds while she was traveling in California recently.
Maybe it’s because I’ve been doing alot of Yoga lately but to me it looks like they are raising their “hands” in “Sun Salutations”!

I think that I’m beginning to understand how this all works . Alot of “trial and error” but I’m getting there! It has been a big lesson in patience…which I really need !
