I began my day this morning wandering in my “Meditation garden”. I guess you could say it was a walking meditation because my heart opened wide when I walked by the white “bleeding heart” bush dripping with blossoms.
For the past ten years I have been practicing a method of Heart Meditation that I learned from Susanna Bair when she lived here in Ipswich . She has since moved to Tuscon Arizona where she continues to share her heart and her school with many fortunate students. I miss our classes, but I continue to benefit from the many hours we shared meditating together. Our paths crossed just when my heart needed help. I had been grieving the loss of my brother, my mother and my father who all “passed on ” within a short period of time and I was feeling emotionally overwelmed.
Susanna showed me how to let my “Bleeding Heart” blossom again… and the bush in my garden was a reminder this morning.

What a beautiful picture! I am so glad that you have your meditation garden that brings you so much peace.
You are so fortunate to have studied with Susanna. I have never seen a white bleeding heart before – lovely!
My grandmother always had the pink bleeding hearts. I’ve never seen the white ones. A lovely rememberance.
