There have been alot of gray and green days this May… but even when the sun isn’t shining the light of plush pink flowering trees lifts my spirits.
I’ve actually decided that the blossoms are even more vivid when the skies are violet and the grass is freshly green.
Nature’s lessons are subtle…There is always a choice in how we view the world…I think it wants us to see it’s beauty.

What a beautiful painting. I don’t think I’ve seen it before – is it new? There’s so much energy coming from that tree, as if it is springing into life from somewhere deep below. Lovely!
Thanks Melynn…the painting was actually sold but I had an opportunity to borrow it so that I could take a photo…it was like seeing an old friend!
Beautiful painting! I think Apple Blossom trees spend the winter waiting for their chance to bloom. Your painting captures their soft beauty.
